Jennifer has been in Real Estate since 2015 and Property Management since 2020. She is both diligent and committed to customer satisfaction. Jennifer enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants and takes pride in being someone they can trust. She is a problem solver who will tackle any challenge full steam ahead.
Jennifer is originally from Kansas and moved to Springfield, Missouri, in 1991. She is a mom to 2 boys, one a college graduate and the other in high school. Jennifer loves playing pickleball with her kids and family.

Kraig is a licensed REALTOR® based in Springfield, MO with over 10 years of experience working his family real estate investing operation in mid-Missouri. Serving the Springfield market since 2019, Kraig has a passion for learning and connecting others with the resources they need to grow and succeed.
Kraig spent 4 years in Germany as a high school athlete before graduating and moving back to his family in Missouri to attend college.
He enjoys playing soccer every week to stay active and lazy Sunday drives through local neighborhoods looking for future investment properties.
