Jennifer Ramroth- General Manager/ Designated Broker 

Jennifer has been with Real Property Management Momentum since 2021.  

She has been a part of almost every position in our company, from Property Manager to Business Development Manager.  She has a great understanding of our industry, from working with residents all the way through to investors.  As General Manager, she oversees all operations of the business to ensure policies and procedures to keep your operations running smoothly and provide the highest quality of service to our owners and residents.  Jennifer is a licensed Broker in the state of Missouri.

Jennifer Gatten- Property Manager/ Office Manager

Jennifer has been in Real Estate since 2015 and Property Management since 2020. She is both diligent and committed to customer satisfaction. Jennifer enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants and takes pride in being someone they can trust. She is a problem solver who will tackle any challenge full steam ahead.  

 

Jennifer is originally from Kansas and moved to Springfield, Missouri in 1991. She is a mom to 2 boys, one a college graduate and the other in high school. Jennifer loves playing pickleball with her kids and family.
